Archery is sport that is played by people of all ages and archery must be one of the few sports
that doesn’t favour specific ethnic or physical traits. You don’t have to be over 6 foot tall, or weigh over 90 kilograms.
It is non-contact, age is no barrier, - it is truly intergenerational and multicultural
Box Hill City Archers (BHCA) are primarily involved in the discipline of target archery.
BHCA is affiliated with Archery Victoria and Archery Australia. Archery Australia
is funded by its affiliated State bodies and the federal Government through the Sports Institute.
Pathways exist to compete at the highest level, if this is your ambition
or if you prefer, you can just shoot socially at club level.
