Genesis Craft manufacture Aluminium Plate Boats.  Every craft is entirely man-made using quality equipment and materials at our Armadale Boat Building Facility in Western Australia.  Every attention to detail is taken to ensure quality welds and craftsmanship second to none. 

The basic build process includes:

1.  Welding together bottoms and sides which have been hand cut from quality aluminium plate as per our engineer designed templates.

 

2.  Construction of shell (anchor well, side decks, fore deck etc).

 

3.  Installation of frames, stringers, deck beams.

 

4.  Deck installation.

 

5.  Flip boat upside-down and weld all joins, add spray rails etc.

 

6.  Construction of transom and superstructure.
