All our hulls come with a 5 year manufacture warranty as outlined below.

Our liability of our own manufacture is limited to making good any defects by repairing the same or at our option by replacement within a period not exceeding sixty (60) calendar months (twenty four (24) calendar months if used commercially) from the date of HIN number registration, provided that:

Special Provisions:

1. The boat must be used in accordance with the boat capacity and maintenance directions approved by GenesisCraft.

2. The boat must not have been altered or operated outside the limits of the design specifications.

3. The boat has not been damaged by neglect, accident, improper use or used for competitive purposes.

4. The warranty does not cover any consequential loss of any kind arising out of the supply or operation of the boats.

5. GenesisCraft shall not be liable for consequential loss of any kind arising out of the supply or operation of the boats.

6. Any work agreed to be repaired by GenesisCraft will be done ex factory, and freighting costs to and from the factory will be the purchasers responsibility.  The warranty does not cover items replaced during normal service and maintenance operations and which are subject to wear.  These arrangements apply regardless of any change in ownership during the period covered and are not intended to affect the owner’s rights under the law of any State or the Trade Practice Act.

7. The above warranty is in lieu of any and all warranties expressed or implied, conferred by statute or otherwise and is intended to cover all warranties given by GenesisCraft on the boat or any part thereof.  Any such warranties under the Sale of Goods Act and Trade Practices Act as are inconsistent with the terms of this warranty are expressly negated.

8. In order for the above warranty to take effect the purchaser must deliver the original “Cut Off” warranty card with all details as requested to GenesisCraft within thirty (30) days from the date of handover.  Failing to adhere to this request may result in the warranty being negated.

Due to our commitment to continually improve our products, we reserve the right to modify or change without notice any design, materials, specifications, equipment and/or accessories.  All measurements of GenesisCraft are approximate and subject to change.
