This unregistered version of the BaseLog software is made available on this page as a service to current Infobyte customers and those considering the purchase of an Infobyte logger. Registered copies of the software are made available to regular users of Infobyte equipment.
BaseLog 2.7 is the latest version of the post processing program for Infobyte noise monitors. BaseLog is a Win 32 application with integrated graphical and text editing capability. It runs on PC's with Windows 98, 2000, XP and should also be ok with Vista 32, but not yet tested. There are two linked files to choose from. They both contain the same files, but the first file is a self extracting and the second requires you to be able to unzip the file manually on your PC to a directory of your choosing on your hard disk. The application is run by clicking on the file BaseLog.exe. The software makes no changes to your system files and may be deleted by simply erasing the single directory and its files created by the extraction program. After starting BaseLog the example files (example.dt1 and example.dt2) can be loaded just like you would load a file in a word processor. Try the various menu options and see how easy it is to change the data output.
