Postage
If not quoted in checkout, you can use the Postage Calculator provided in the listing. The quoted postage includes handling. Please update the postage amount when you go through the checkout procedure - where you will also find my bank account details.
Your item/s will be sent within a week after receipt of cleared payment. Air Mail takes up to 10 days.
Australian buyers should always request registered post with payment through PayPal.

Pick-up
Please contact me within 3 days after auction closure or after you bought the item with Buy It Now to arrange a time for pick-up.
Please understand that people have other committments too, therefore pick-up appointments are binding. As several buyers have stuffed up my days and the days of my clients severely, I have introduced the following pick-up conditions. Since then all transactions were handled very pleasant for both sides.
I expect you to stick to the appointment, otherwise a late fee will be charged of $5.00 if you are more than 30 minutes late or $20.00 if you are more than an hour late. Which of course does not mean that someone will wait for you if you are not on time!
If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, this can be done 24 hours or more in advance free of charge. Cancellations of 6 hours or more in advance incur a late fee of $5.00 and cancellations of less than 6 hours will be charged with a late fee of $20.00.
I am happy to assist you if you have the item picked-up by a freight forwarder. But also here the late fee applies.
Once an appointment has to be cancelled the total amount becomes due and payable immediately, including the late fee, where applicable.
If you cannot pick-up your item within a week, payment has to be arranged within 7 days after you bought the item. Once the item is paid for I am also happy to leave the item for you on my (or my clients) verandah, which has worked quite fine in the past and there is less pressure for you to pick up on time. Of course this is at your risk. back to the top ^
Return Policy
I provide quality Trading Assistant services for eBay and OZtion.
Pick-up items have to be checked on pick-up, as later claims cannot be accepted.
Notification of faults must be made by email within 3 days of receipt of item and before leaving any feedback. This applies also to hidden faults with pick-up items.
ALWAYS check with me before returning item/s. Returned items without prior contact/communication can't be accepted.
I accept returns of items with a MAJOR fault not mentioned in the listing or those who are DOA according to the obligations of a seller as outlined by the Dept. of Fair Trading.
I take utmost care in packing your item/s; breakage in transit is covered if you have lodged a Customer Service Complaint with Australia Post and provide me with the written confirmation that they are at fault and will reimburse for the damage.
Postage and Handling (e.g. Transport costs) is NOT refundable for change of mind and I reserve the right not to accept returns for this reason.

Payment Terms
Please pay within 7 days, quoting your eBay or OZtion user name or - if given one - personal reference number.
Once your payment is cleared, I will post your item/s within a week. Once you have received your item/s, please leave positive feedback for me, so I know you are happy with it. I have an automated feedback system, which will respond to positive feedback left with immediate positive feedback for you in return.
However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact me asap so that we can deal with it.

Lay-by
On a very few occasions I might be able to offer Lay-by. This is a favour you receive from me, basically a stranger. This kindness should be treated with respect and all payments be made on time without the necessity of reminders.
Unreliable payers will be treated accordingly and I reserve the right to charge a storage fee, which will be taken out of payments already made. Storage fees will vary according to the size of the item and are up to my discretion. back to the top ^
PayPal
PayPal will be offered to overseas buyers only and only PayPal payments will be accepted from non-European buyers. European buyers please see further below for more options besides PayPal.
Please do not use the PayPal payment option in eBay checkout but please wait for your PayPal invoice, which I usually send within 24 hours. The email used in the eBay/PayPal checkout is a dummy as I stronly oppose the recent changes eBay has introduced. No buyer needs extra protection from me as my feedback shows.
For Australian buyers who are desperate for paying with PayPal please note that I am happy to offer this payment method to you if you are happy to bear the fees and have your item being send by registered post.
This way I am able to pass on best prices to all my buyers for a chance for some bargain items.
If you require further information about eBay's reasoning and the reasoning of quite a substantial number of eBay sellers and buyers alike, please go to the website of the ACCC at www.accc.gov.au or straight to the respective link at http://www.accc.gov.au/content/index.phtml/itemId/823668/fromItemId/776499. back to the top ^
Money Orders
Money Orders from overseas customers won't be accepted anymore as they incur a bank fee of AU$10.00, which is a complete waste of money. If you have sent a money order I will ask you for payment through PayPal and return the money order with your item.
Your money order can only be returned with your merchandise or with prepaid postage.
Australian buyers are welcome to pay by Australia Post Money Order. However, it will be much cheaper for you to go to a NAB branch to pay straight into my bank account over the counter as there are no fees involved. Please make sure that you quote a unique reference number with your payment, insist on it, as the tellers are sometimes not very helpful. I am happy to provide a reference number for you, but anything will do, as long as you pop me a quick email. back to the top ^
Buyers from Europe
Besides PayPal you have the option to do a bank transfer into my GERMAN bank account. Please ask your bank for a special Euro-Payment form. It seems that there is a new law saying that Euro payments can be arranged fee free. back to the top ^
Cash Payments
The last resort is to send cash in the mail. This is always your own risk of course and you should never ever send coins!
Cash payments from overseas are actually illegal and the money might get confiscated by Australia Post.
Of course cash on pick-up is always welcome within 7 days after winning/buying the item/s.
