This is a lovely song by Abba which was given to me by my friend Josie Jansen
from Double Dutch Line Dancers in New Zealand.. I wanted to write to it for her
benefit as she was very sick at the time but unfortunately she died just days after
she gave me the music…. So I put it away until another day.
That day is today and I hope that Josie is looking down with a smile on her face!
The dance is easy but you will have to keep thinking about the
‘Hold’ steps until you become familiar with the song… then it’s dead easy.
I wonder how easy ‘dead’ easy is…..what a funny saying that is. We’ve got lots of funny sayings here in Australia and the people who knew what they meant are fast becoming extinct! If YOU know the origins of ‘dead easy’ I’d love to hear from you .
Hope you enjoy the dance in spite of the restart and holds….it feels nice.
See you on the floor sometime…. Jan
