This is the  first dance in the series of Beginner dances from

the cd ‘Dances For Beginners Volume 2’

The dance is designed to let the dancer ‘feel’ the beat and get the hang of 4/4 timing.  This dance teaches: Walks, Kicks, Stomps and Hip Bumps

The steps are extremely basic,  but once this dance can be handled comfortably

the dancer should have an improved feeling for timing and balance..

This will make it easier to handle the new steps which follow

in each  new dance of the series.

It’s important not to rush  things and not to forget to have some fun

while you are learning.  In  other words, don’t get too obsessed with

it all…. like some people do.   Just let line dancing  be a pleasurable hobby

and it will enhance your life no end, but let it become an obsession and

it will dominate your life and create disharmony with family and friends.

Take this advise from someone who definitely knows all about that!!!

Hope this dance is useful and enjoyable for YOU.

See you on the floor sometime……..Jan
