1,2,3&4   Rock/step fwd on L, Rock back on R, Shuffle back L,R,L
5,6,7,8   Rock/step back on R, Rock fwd on L, Walk fwd R,L

9,10    Rock/step fwd on R, Rock back on L
11&12   Making 1/2 turn right back over right shoulder shuffle  fwd R,L,R
13&14   Making a further 1/2 turn right shuffle back L,R,L

If you have trouble with turns just shuffle straight back R,L,R  L,R,L

15,16   Rock/step back on R, Rock fwd on L

17,18   Kick R across L Step R across L
19,20   Rock/step L to left, Rock wt to R
21,22   Kick L across R, Step L across R
23,24   Rock/step R to right, Rock wt to L

25&26   Stomp R beside L, Step R beside L, Step L to left
27&28   Stomp R beside L, Step R beside L, Step fwd on L
29,30   Rock/step fwd on R, Rock back on L
31&32   Making a 3/4 turn right step R,L,R

If you have a problem with turns, do this instead of the final 3/4 turn....

I thought it was very unusual to see Patty Loveless and Radney Foster

join up to sing this song - AND it impressed me. Should be more of it I
reckon. The dance is easy although it does have a couple of turns
which makes it a little more difficult than 'beginner' level.  Still, turns
can be mastered simply by perseverance and practice, but if you
can't do them for some reason, just follow the alternate directions. 
Which ever way you do it, I hope you enjoy it - and the music.
