All you need to do is 
copy wpa.bak and wpa.dbl from your system 32 folder. 
Next time you reformat you just need ignore activation, 
into safemode and copy them back to system 32! 
(Obviously backup the ones you're replacing). 
This may or may not work if you change you hardware configuration (I suppose it'll depend how much you change).
