Two Toned Backgrounds with DSB Flux Plug-in
Ó kimlizzy 2004

I made these in DIP but it should be easy to follow for other programs.
Plug-ins needed: DSB Flux. It’s free! http://www.gardendaledesigns.com/Frame011.html
Open a new canvas and size to suit.
Insert shape or line>shape>square>no line
Size the square to fit your canvas.
Duplicate: Ctrl+d
Select the top layer from the stack and fill with colour or texture of your choice.
Keeping this layer selected go to:
Effects/Plug-ins/DSB Flux and use the Bubble filter with the following settings:
Bubbles: 45
Density: 50
Frequency: 50
Tune: 50
Keeping the same layer selected return to DSB Flux plug-in and using the Blast filter use the following settings:
(You need to apply one setting at a time and return to the workspace before applying the next or it won't work.)
Left Percentage: 20. Apply and return to workspace
Go back to plug-in and: Right Percentage: 20. Apply and return to workspace
Go back to plug-in and: Upward Percentage: 20. Apply and return to workspace
Go back to plug-in and: Downward Percentage: 20. Apply and return to workspace
This layer goes outside the canvas so at this point I resize to fit.
Select the top layer again and give it some texture if desired: Effects/Filters/All Filters/Texture
Now select the bottom layer and fill with a contrasting colour.
Lock the layers together and resize to fit within the canvas if necessary.
