Vizros Twist in DIP 7,9.10,2006

Ó 2005 kimlizzy Requires Vizros Plug-in available free here: http://www.vizros.com/

Long thin strips work best for making Twists.

If you want to add your own "back" to the twist you need to have a JPG file already made and saved. ***It must be JPG or BMP or it won’t work. You must also have this file CLOSED. Do not have it open in your program or it won’t work. The "front" of your twist (the image you will start with) can be PNG. *** (For this tutorial, the striped strip is PNG and the yellow strip is the JPG.)

To begin:

Open your "front" strip. (The PNG file)

Go to Effects/Plug-in filters/Vizros/Twist

The "Fore Page" is automatically set to the file you have open.

Click on the "Add" button, browse and select the JPG strip you made and saved previously.

From the dropdown box under Page Properties select "Back Page"

Now select "Image"

From the dropdown box select "User Image 1"

**For a transparent ground page:

From the dropdown box select "Ground Page".

Check "Solid" and move the slider all the way to the left to Transparent.

Click OK.

Save as PNG to retain the transparency.

**For a coloured ground page:

From the dropdown box select "Ground Page".

Check "Solid"

From the dropdown box select "Customer Colour" and select the colour you want.

Leave the slider set to "Opaque"

Click OK. Can be saved as PNG or JPG.
