REGISTRATION

All 2011 players should receive a letter from the club by 27 January 2012 including registration details and a registration form.

New players should consult the 2012 Registration Information flier - click here.

New players for U8s in 2012 should contact Stuart Veitch on 0400.312.354 with any queries.

TRAINING

Training for U8s takes place at 6pm on Wednesdays at Ron Routley no 2 (between main oval and Norman St). Training began on 1 February 2012 and will continue at this time and place until further notice.

Wet weather plan
Training will always take place no matter what the weather is doing so long as the ground is not closed by council. Parents are advised to consult the Canada Bay Council wet weather line on 9911 6375 after 3pm on Wednesday for ground closure information. If the ground is not closed training will be on. Please do not contact coaches on Wednesdays for this information as they wont be able to respond and make training at the same time!

GAME FORMAT

-Games are 7v7 incl goalkeepers (for a team size of 9-10 players), played on a quarter pitch (twice the size of the U7 pitch). Formal inter-club games will begin in April. Prior to this time practice games will take place from time to time.
-The competition is graded into several divisions, although there remains no competition tables, finals, etc etc (as for U6s and U7s)
