Some examples:"KAZAD GRUNKS"Dwarf Hold army display base built for Aaron Grunklee, late 2004. The hold is large enough to accommodate an entire 2000 tournament point army comfortably. Each of the front wings can hold a 25 Dwarf regiment arranged in a 5X5 block. The mini-towers at the corners are designed to take warmachines. The second level takes two 10 dwarf missile regiments and another two warmachines. The top level holds another two missile units, while a further two 25 strong warrior regiments can be placed in the gate house, and in front of the gates. The cost of the project was minimized by the client supplying the bulk of the materials. "La Maisonthal Abbey"Completed for James Townsend. This imposing structure was built over a period of several years by James Townsend. Seeing no end in sight, he decided to hire PWI to complete it. Each part is removable so the whole abbey can be used as it stands, or as 'scatter' terrain for a different battlefield. The roofs of buildings are removable, and each story is also removable so that miniatures can be placed inside. Interior detail and furniture were added, and all the doors are hinged so they can open.Although the project was 3/4 complete when PWI started work on it, it still needed a lot of tidying up, and was completely lacking any interior. Several of the buildings where in pieces, and nothing was based. Interior detail includes a storeroom at the bottom of the tower, shelves and desks in the main building, a working bell in the bell tower, and pews and an altar in the chapel. Again, costs where minimized by the client supplying most of the materials, and having done the preliminary work Costs:Costs are based on an hourly rate for labour along with the cost of materials used.
