I Assumed They Had Gone  Going one step forward  Then moving two back  I am stuck in the groove Upon the same old track Awaiting for some clarity  Going from here to there No matter how hard I try I wasn't getting anywhere Staying in the same spot I was unable to move on  On a repetition treadmill I was back at square one It seems I was left behind It was obvious they knew  I assume they have gone  For I failed to get through Hope©2004
