Summary
Congratulations (I think!) You made it to the end.
If you never played guitar before you saw this tutorial and it took you less than a month from the time you started to get to this page you either...
- Didn't start from the beginning... or...
- Didn't pay all the exercises... or...
- Played all the exercises through only once or twice... or...
- Lied about never having played guitar before... or...
- Are unbelievably extremely extraordinarily talented!
If your answer was either 1), 2) or 3), I'd suggest you either...
- Go back to the beginning and start again...or...
- Get the sound files from me and do it properly...or...
- Give up.
Get the picture?
If your answer to the first question was 4) or 5) then I offer you my congratulations. Like I said before I hope to add more lessons when I get the time. Until then however I can recomend these things to continue your guitar learning adventure.
Get a private tutor. Nothing beats one on one tuition and there are plenty of good teachers in every city on this planet. Don't use the excuse of I can't afford it. If you can afford to be connected to the internet then you can afford guitar lessons. Just do it!
Try this tutorial. I can thoroughly recomend it to take you further as a guitar player.
Or this one. Some things in life really ARE worth paying for.
Learn some songs! You've put in the hard work so it's time to reap the rewards. This website has an excellent method of teaching all your favourite songs.
There are many good guitar books that can enhance your learning experience. A list of recomended ones is available at The Bookstore.
Check out my links page for guitar info on the web.
Play the guitar every single day of your life.
Bye for now,

Kim Wainwright.
