MCRC have taken over the Saturday Tuning day, HCMC modern bike riders and P5 onwards sidecars may attend

HCMC EVENT/RACEDAY is Sunday: Qualifying and Racing

MCRC tuning day will accommodate a group for historic race bikes if we can do the following:

- Any HCMC riders who intend to ride on Saturday June 9th need to contact the MCRC to book, and phone or email Adrian.

We need to know how many HCMC riders are going to participate to justify
the historic sessions and efforts of the HCMC volunteers.

- We have been asked to provide a scrutineer for the historic bikes and to monitor the sign on sheet and licence check.

- We have also been asked to provide two volunteers to help MCRC run the tuning day.

Adrian has volunteered to scrutineer and to manage the sign-on sheet for historic riders.

- Can HCMC members who are willing to help the MCRC run the tuning day please phone or email Adrian.

Adrian needs to know if we have two HCMC volunteers and the number of HCMC riders participating by May 7th
